Getting to Allevard-les-Bains by car
If you’re coming by car, there are 2 motorway routes from Grenoble and Chambéry to Allevard-les-Bains:
- From Grenoble, take the A41 and exit at Le Touvet (exit no. 23). Then follow the D525 for 11 km towards Allevard-les-Bains.
- From Chambéry, take exit 22 for Pontcharra. Follow the D525 towards Allevard-les-Bains.
To Grenoble or Chambéry, take the A48 and A41 freeways, but for the rest of the way, from the lower Grésivaudan valley, take the D525 to Allevard-les-Bains, then the D109. Don’t forget your special equipment to reach the resort.

Take the TGV train to Grenoble station, then take the T86 bus, a cab or rent a car to the Allevard-les-Bains spa (1-hour drive).

TGV Lille – Grenoble: 4 hours
Allevard-les-Bains can be reached from 2 main airports:
- Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, 130 km from our spa.
- Grenoble Isère airport in Saint-Geoirs, 85 km from Allevard-les-Bains.
From there, you’ll need to take a shuttle from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport to the Grenoble bus station, then take the T86 bus, a cab or rent a car to reach Allevard-Les-Bains.
