They revolve around the majestic Italian-style water stairs, fed directly by the Chartreuse torrents. The architects have really staged the water the water features in gradients. From the top of the garden, the view of the Belledonne Massif is breath-taking and one can try to locate Allevard-les-Bains.
In summer, you can find some coolness by visiting the 5 hectares of park made up of precisely pruned yews, the rose garden, the countess’s garden or the vegetable garden and orchard.
