In Allevard-les-Bains itself, your activities and entertainment will be of a cultural nature with, in particular, the new Allevard-les-Bains museum (re-opening in July 2023), the local producers’ market and summer concerts in the thermal park.

If you like water sports, sign up for aquabike or water gymnastics classes in the thermal pool. Aquabike is the perfect activity to slim down your waistline and fight cellulite. In addition to burning more calories due to the resistance of the water, it is beneficial for circulatory problems.

Water gymnastics, on the other hand, help to maintain joint mobility by freeing up body weight and strengthens muscles by using the resistance of the water.
